Stand quietly a moment, breathing deeply and rythmically, and still you thoughts.
Now imagine you are growing larger and larger with each breath. Your head touches the ceiling, passes through it.You are now looking at the roof, at all the roofs in your neighbourhood.
Now the city is stretched out before you, the state and the continent.
The spinning earth is below you, tiny and growing tinier. You are larger than the solar system, the galaxy all of creation.
Imagine now that just above the crown of your head is a brilliant, swirling sphere of light. Dont force it let it be there.
Vibrate the world "Atoh" (Thou art), as you touch your fore head.
Picture a beam of light flowing from the sphere down to your feet as you point to them and Vibrate "Malkuth". The light forms another sphere,half above and half below the ground.
Touch your right shoulder and visualize another sphere forming there as you vibrate " Ve Geburah".
Draw your hand across your chest, picturing a beam of light following your hand and touch your left shoulder, vibrating "Ve Gedullah" as a fourth sphere of light forms at your shoulder.
You now have a cross of light extending from your head to your feet and from your right shoulder to your left.
Clasp your hand at the intersection of the cross. Vibrate "Le Olam" as a fifth sphere of light forms around your hands. This sphere continues to expand until it fills your entire aura.
Stand a moment in the light and vibrate "Amen".
